摘  要:目前国内的碱性电解槽大都使用的是石棉布隔膜,能耗大,而且是致癌物质,许多国家已经下令禁止使用石棉以及相关的产品,我国也提出了要在近几年内取缔石棉隔膜。采用真空吸附法,分别以聚四氟乙烯、聚乙烯醇为粘结剂,氧化铝为无机材料,制备了聚四氟乙烯-氧化铝和聚乙烯醇-氧化铝两种隔膜。通过与石棉隔膜性能的对比,发现聚四氟乙烯-氧化铝隔膜的电阻很高,气密性能也不是很理想,如果要应用在电解槽中,需要对其做进一步的研究;而聚乙烯醇-氧化铝隔膜的各方面性能均良好,气密性与石棉隔膜相当,而电阻却降低了50%左右,是一种具有应用前景的隔膜。Asbestos diaphragm used in water electrolysis industry is one kind of carcinogenic material which has been banned. In this paper polytetrafluoroethylene-alumina diaphragm and polyvinyl alcohol-alumina diaphragm were prepared by vacuum adsorption method. These two kinds of diaphragms were made by using polytetrafluoroethylene and polyvinyl alcohol as agglomerant and using alumina as inorganic material. Compared with asbestos diaphragms, polytetrafluoroethylene-alumina diaphragm was inferior in all aspects. If it was used in electrolysis bath, the performance of research must be done. But the performance of polyvinyl alcohol-alumina diaphragm was good in all aspects. The gas-tightness was same with asbestos diaphragm while the resistance had reduced about 50% which meant this kind of diaphragm should have a good application prospect.
