结构变化对多绳摩擦式提升机主导轮应力的影响

摘  要:为了解决JKM型多绳摩擦式提升机主导轮开裂开焊问题,获得更合理的主导轮结构,应用Pro/E和有限元分析软件对JKM-3.25/4型多绳摩擦式提升机主导轮进行了有限元分析,对主导轮原结构和加焊筋板后结构进行应力分布测试,给出支轮与卷筒间径向夹角对主导轮影响的应力曲线,对结构改造前后动态参数进行验证。结果表明:主导轮内两轮毂间的槽钢及筋板对主导轮的整体应力状态影响不大,但对焊缝处的应力产生影响。当支轮与筒壳间的径向夹角大于5°时,会恶化主导轮的整体受力情况;当夹角取5°时,支轮与卷筒间焊缝的应力及应力波动幅度最小,能够改善主导轮工作应力状况,利于提高主导轮的使用寿命。Targeted at opened welding and cracking on leading wheel of the JKM type multirope friction the elevator to develop more reasonable leading wheel structure, this paper introduces the simulation of stress of the leading wheel in JKM - 3.25/4 type multirope friction hoist-led round by means of Pro/E and finite element analysis of the leading wheel. The paper discusses measurement and test of stress distribution for the leading wheel of the original structure and welding rib structure, the development of stress curve associated with the effect of the radial angle between support wheel and roll radial on leading wheel, and verification of parameters before and after the structural transformation of dynamic. The re- suits show that the channel and rib between the two hub-led round, with little impact on the overall stress state of the dominant round, exert effect on the stress of the weld. When radial angle between the support wheel and the cylinder shell is greater-than 5°, there occurs the deterioration of the overall force of the dominant round, when the radial angle is 5°, there occurs the minimum fluctuations in support wheel and roll between the weld stress and stress, thus improving the status of the leading wheel working stress and thus service life of the leading wheel.
