摘　　要：目的探索经尿道射精管口电切术治疗射精管梗阻引起的无精子症的效果。方法对2009-06～2001-06收治的12例射精管梗阻无(少)精子症的患者进行经尿道射精管口电切术治疗,术后随访。结果术后3个月复查,12例患者精液量均增多,9例精子质量得到明显改善,3例已成功生育。结论采用经尿道射精管口电切术治疗射精管梗阻性无精子症,能有效改善患者的预后,方法简单、安全、有效。Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of azoospermia with ejaculatory duct obstruction by transurethral resection of ejaculatory ducts.Methods From June 2009 to June 2011,12 cases of such patients were treated by transurethral resection of the ejaculatory duct.Results During the 3 months followed-up,the ejaculate volume increased in all patients.And the quality of sperm showed improvement in nine cases,three patients′wives were pregnancy.Conclusion Ejaculatory duct obstruction is a rare but treatable cause of male infertility.Tuansurethral resection of the ejaculatory ducts may be a safe and effective method in the treatment of ejaculatory duct obstruction.
