摘　　要：在详细介绍客户关系管理(CRM)理念的基础上,探讨了向军校研究生用户提供嵌入式知识服务的形式,提出了面向军校研究生用户需求的CRM嵌入式知识服务的实施策略、服务内容、服务形式。After a detail description of the customer relationship management （CRM） concept, embedded knowledge service for postgraduates in military colleges and universities was discussed, and the strategies, contents and ways to provide CRM-based embedded knowledge service for postgraduates in military colleges and universities were outlined.
