摘　　要：目的 :为我国新药研究与开发提供参考。方法 :对1989年～1998年10年间世界上市新药进行了分析。结果与结论 :预示今后数年内世界医药市场的主导产品及发展动向 ,并初步阐述了世界新药创新的六大模式。OBJECTIVE:To promote the new drug research in China.METHODS:This article reviews the advances in drug discovery and development in the world from 1989 to 1998.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The main products of global pharmaceutical market in the future are predicted and the 6 models in drug discovery are described.
