纯中药金创抗菌膏治疗艾滋病皮肤溃疡2例效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病皮肤溃疡的治疗方法。方法用纯中药金创抗菌膏外敷,治疗艾滋病皮肤溃疡2例患者。观察疼痛、瘙痒、溃疡面积、分泌物的变化。结果在用药2天后患者自觉疼痛、瘙痒开始缓解,用药1周后创面缩小明显,分泌物由白绿色逐渐转变为淡红色,可见新鲜肉芽组织生长。2例患者65.12%皮肤溃疡痊愈,32.56%皮肤溃疡有效。结论金创抗菌膏治疗艾滋病皮肤溃疡有一定的疗效。Objective To explore methodology of treating AIDS skin ulcer. Method Jinchuangkangjungao ointment , a pure Chinese traditional drug,was externally applied to treat 2 cases of AIDS skin ulcer. Ache, titillation, ulcer area and secretion changes were observed. Results In 2 days after the treatment the patients felt relief of pain and itching; after 1 week the surface of the ulcer obviously shrank, the secretions were gradually transformed from green--white color into pink one and the growth of granulation tissue was visible. The 2 cases had a 65.12% complete recovery of skin ulcers ,and the efficacy for skin ulcer was 32.56% . Conclusion The Jinchuangkangjungao ointment has diplayed certain efficacy for the treatment of AIDS skin ulcer.
