黄芪对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :从免疫功能方面探讨中药黄芪的强身健体作用。方法 :用 10 0 %黄芪水浸出液定期给小鼠灌胃 ,然后测定其外周白细胞 ( WBC) ,脾脏及胸腺 ,抗体产生能力 ,淋巴细胞转化率 ,巨噬细胞吞噬率。结果 :用药组小鼠除胸腺和WBC外 ,其他免疫学指标均有明显改变 ,与对照组相比差异有非常显著性 ( P<0 .0 1) ,未见有副作用。结论 :口服黄芪可明显增强机体的免疫功能。To research immunity reinforcement effect of AM from the viewpoint of immunity,we filled the stomaches of mice with 100% water extract of AM regularly and tested white blood cell (WBC) count of peripheral blood, weights of thymus and spleen,antibody production ability,lymphocyte transformation,phagocytosis rate of macrophage.Compared with control group,the immune function,with the exception of thymus and WBC,increased significantly in AM group (P<0.01) and no side effect appeared.These results indicated that taking AM orally can enhance immune function obviously.
