身神爽补酒的急性毒性和应激能力实验

摘　　要：选取健康纯种的 KM小鼠进行身神爽补酒的急性毒性和应激能力实验。结果发现 :小鼠最大耐受量相当于人用剂量 2 5 0倍而未见任何异常反应 ;身神爽补酒有明显延长小鼠常压缺氧下生存时间和在高温环境下生存时间 ;对反映一般体力状况的游泳时间亦有明显延长作用。提示身神爽补酒无毒副作用 ;有增强应激能力 ,并在一般体力状况下有强壮滋补作用。Shen Shen Shuang (S.S.S.) Tonic Wine is proceeded in acute toxicity and irritability experiments with selected healthy pure KM mices. The maximum tolerance amount of mice equals 250 times as that of human being, no abnormal response is found, S.S.S. Tonic Wine obviously extend life time of the mice under normal pressure accompanying with low oxygen concentration and that under high temperature enviroment. S.S.S. Tonic Wine has no toxic and side effects. S.S.S. Tonic Wine extend mice swimming time which reflects natural physical state. S.S.S. Tonic Wine enhance irritability and tonic effects under natural physical state.
