摘　　要：通过对 40例临床报告分析 ,对难愈性的妇科带下病的病因病理有了新的认识 ,并用自拟的化瘀通腑煎剂内服治疗本病 40例获得了较为满意的效果 ,总有效率 82 .5 %。从而为化瘀通腑治疗妇女带下病这一妇科难题提供了一条较新的途径。The author gets some new recognization of the deseases of gynecology which is hard to cure in women by analyzing 40 clinical cases. And also the author gets a success by the herb soup mixed by himself. The total curative rate reaches 82.5%. A new method to cure the deseases of gynecology has been provided.
