社会主义核心价值体系规范社会思潮传播载体探析

摘　　要：对社会思潮传播载体的规范要以社会主义核心价值体系为指导,这种指导主要通过制度对传播载体进行规范。社会主义核心价值体系对传播载体的规范要坚持自我完善原则、党和政府的主导地位原则、以社会主义核心价值体系为基础和主导的多样性原则,通过法律的、经济的、行政的及道德和技术的手段对传播载体的活动原则、主体资格、从业人员、传播形式及信息使用者等进行规范。The regulation of dissemination vehicle of social trends of thought is to be guided by socialist core value system. The guidance is to be carded out to regulate dissemination vehicle with a system. The regulation to dissemination vehicle by socialist core value system should stick to self-perfection principle, leading position principle of the governing party and multi-principle based on and guided by socialist core value system. With legal, economical, administrative, moral and technical means, we can regulate the principle of the activity of dissemination vehicle, the subject qualifications, employees, dissemination forms and information users.
