检察机关司法警察专业化培养初探

摘　　要：随着检察机关打击、监督、教育、预防、保护等方面的作用凸显,检察机关司法警察保障办案安全的任务日趋繁重,新形势、新任务对司法警察队伍的发展提出了更高的要求,建立司法警察专业化培养模式刻不容缓。本文明确了检察机关司法警察专业化培养的原则和目标,并阐明了其专业化培养的模式。With the obvious functions of procuratorates in cracking-down, supervision, education, prevention and protection, the tasks of police officers in procuratorates to guarantee case handling safety are increasingly heavy. The new situation and new tasks set higher requirements to the development of the judicial police. It becomes urgent to set up a mode for fostering professional judicial police officers. This article defines principles and objectives of fostering such police officers and clarifies the fostering mode.
