摘　　要：从湿地公园的概念入手,简述了北京市湿地公园发展历程,分析了北京市湿地公园建设管理现状,针对湿地公园建设中存在的一些问题,对北京市湿地公园建设内容和管理保障措施进行了探讨,并提出湿地公园建设应加强法制保障体系建设;健全湿地公园管理体系;建立健全科技支撑体系;多渠道吸收投资,建立健全经济补偿机制等保障措施,以期为北京市湿地公园建设提供重要的理论依据。Based on the conception of wetland parks, this article briefly described the development process of wetland parks in Beijing, and analyzed the current situation of the construction and management of wetland parks in Beijing. After analyzing the problems existed in the construction of wetland parks, the content of construction and management protection of wetland parks in Beijing were discussed and several measurements including the strengthening on the construction of legal guarantee system; improvement of the wetland park management system; construction and improvement of the technology support system; expansion of the financing channel and improvement of the compensation mechanism were proposed to provide theoretical basis for the construction of wetland parks in Beijing.
