摘　　要：发展创业投资引导基金,是促进河北省经济发展、优化产业结构的有效途径。因此,本研究将运用产业结构调整和创业投资的有关理论,结合河北省具体情况,给出通过创业投资引导基金促进河北省产业升级的具体措施和路径。The development of venture capital fund is the effective approach to promote economic development and optimize industrial structure of Hebei Province.Therefore,this research will use some relevant theories of adjustment of industrial structure and investment,and some suggestions that through undertaking investment guidance fund to promote the industry upgrading of Hebei Province are offered in connection with the specific condition nowaday.
