摘　　要：信息技术的普遍应用促使了电子文档的产生发展,电子文档也成为高校档案管理工作不可缺少的重要组成部分。文章从电子文档的发展应用角度,为新时期高校档案管理工作分析总结出了一条新思路。改变传统档案管理模式,引入先进档案管理措施,把握新规律,运用新方法,为促进高校档案管理信息化提出了新的观点。The current electronic document records management has become a universities job an important and indispensable component of,the article from the perspective of electronic documents for the new period,universities records management analysis summed up a new train of thought,to grasp the new laws,the use of new methods,new ideas put forward for the promotion of universities records management information of provide a new way of thinking.
