欠发达地区金融支持经济研究——基于新疆实证比较分析

摘　　要：文章从金融支持欠发达地区经济发展的视角出发,运用金融支持指标中的存款、贷款指标构建数据模型,实证分析新疆存贷款的总体情况,找出新疆金融支持的问题主要是:一、作为新疆金融支持主力的四大国有商业银行惜贷现象严重;二、信贷业务办理效率降低,致使信贷业务与经济发展速度不匹配;三、不良贷款未得到有效的处理和消化,影响金融机构的快速发展和经济效益;四、金融组织机构发展速度与经济发展速度不匹配。As an urgent demand for strengthening national solidarity, upholding national unity and safe- guarding the security in Xinjiang , to quicken the economic development in Xinjiang is of great political and economic significance. From the perspective of financial support to the economic development in the less- developed region, with reference to the savings and loans indices, this paper constructs a statistical model, makes an empirical analysis of the overall situation of savings and loans in Xinjiang, finds out the crux of financial support in less-developed Xinjiang： reluctance to lend is serious in the four main commercial banks; credit business is handled in low efficiency, which cannot match the speed of the economic development; non-performing loans are not effectively digested; and the development of financial orgaus do not match the speed of economic development.
