摘　　要：文章在分析影响城乡统筹发展因素的基础上,构建适于衡量城乡统筹发展水平的指标体系,对新疆进行实证分析。结果表明:新疆城乡差距在波动中先增后减,现处于全国第11位,属于中上等水平,主要受控于经济发展、政策调控和生活质量三大因素。With an analysis of the factors influencing the coordinated urban-rural development, this paper develops an index system suitable for evaluating the level of overall urban-rural development. The result indicates that the difference between the city and the countryside in Xinjiang fluctuates and shortens following an widening, now ranking the 11th in China （the middle-upper level）. It is mainly controlled by the three major factors： the economic development, policy regulation and life quality.
