摘　　要：目的探讨胸部穿透伤的救治与护理。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2011年12月我院収治的217例胸部穿透伤的临床资料。非手术治疗134例,手术治疗83例,胸腔镜手术15例,剖胸手术68例,剖腹手术14例,剖胸+剖腹手术17例。结果全组治愈211例,死亡6例。结论严密的护理观察和及时正确的诊断救治有助于避免漏诊、误诊,提高治愈率。Objective To discuss the treatment and nursing method of penetrating injuries of The chest. Methods The retrospective analysis of clinical date for 217 patients in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2011 with penetrating injuries of the chest were carried out. 134 cases were treated nonoperatively. operative therapy was performed in 83 cases. VATS were performed in 15 cases. Thoracotomy was done in 63 ca- ses. Laparotomy in 14 cases. Thoracotomy plus laparotomy in 17 cases. Results In this group, 211 case were cured. 6 cases died. Conclusion Careful nursing observation and promptly exactitude diagnosis therapy for patients help avoid missing diagnosis and misdiagnosis,improve the cure rate.
