摘　　要：目的　旨在分析乡镇企业领导对本企业职工一般疾病的医疗保障意愿。方法　利用分层整群抽样方法进行现况调查。结果　 1 6 84个企业有 1 9 1 %的企业表示不予保障。其中已有保障的企业有 3 3%选择了不予保障 ,原无保障的企业有 36 6 %选择不予保障。选择给予保障的企业中 ,占前三位的保障形式是个人包干 ( 34 4% )、医疗保险( 2 2 4% )和合作医疗 ( 1 2 6 % )。Objective To analyze employers wishes to medical insurance for their employees with common diseases in township and town owned enterprises.Methods A cross sectional study was conducted with stratified cluster sampling.Results In 1 684 enterprises,employers in 19 1% of them showed their wishes not to offer medical insurance for their employees,including 3 3% of those already with medical insurance and 36 6% of those without it.In those enterprises showed wishes to offer medical insurance for their employees,the top three forms of medical insurance were quota payment for medical expenditure(accounting for 34 4%),medical insurance(22 4%)and cooperative medical care system(12 6%).
