摘　　要：目前我国正面临新一轮产业结构调整,从技术学习引进吸收转向自主技术创新,工业经济转向知识经济,实现经济高效化、高度化与合理化。知识的创造和流动促进了创新能力的提升和新技术的形成,新技术的出现促进了产业的升级,这将是我国产业结构变革成为现实的根本推动力。在这个过程中我国高等教育应该发挥关键性作用,高等教育如何发展变革为我国产业结构转型提供知识技术和人才保障,成为亟待解决的一个课题。China has been basically an agricultural country to the transformation of the induslrial countries, the country is facing a new round of industrial restructuring, learning the introduction of absorption to independent technological innovation from a tech- nical, induslrial economytransition to a knowledge economy, cost-effective and sophisticated, and rationalization. Knowledge cre- ation and flow promoting the formation ofirmovation capability and new technologies, the emergence of new technologies to pro- mote induslrial upgrading, which will be the fundamental driving force of China＇s industrial structure transformation to become a reality. In this process of higher education should play a key role of higher education on how to develop change to become a topic of urgent solution for China＇s industrial structure transformation of knowledge and technology and personnel security.
