摘　　要：档案执法监督是档案行政管理部门的基本职责。各机关、团体、企业事业单位和其他组织的档案工作,能否做到有法必依,有赖于各级档案行政管理部门依法行使执法监督的程度。Archives law-enforcement and supervision is the basic duty of the archival administrative department. Whether the office ,community ,enterprise and institutional units ,and other organization＇s archives work could observe the law depend on extent of exercising of the law-enforcement and supervision by the archival administrative department at all level.
