摘  要:对当前各种装载机散热风扇的驱动方式及特点进行分析,得出电控比例液压风扇最适用于装载机工况的结论。对节流调速和容积调速两种电控比例液压风扇的结构、原理进行分析,提出控制方案,开发相应控制系统,并对控制性能进行测试验证。实际使用证明,电控比例液压风扇在装载机上的使用效果较好。An analysis was made of radiators fan drive and features concerning current models of radiator used in the loader, and the conclusion comes out that the electric-controlled proportional hydraulic fan is more suitable for the loader's working conditions. The analysis also covers structural features and work-principles of electric-control proportional fans with throttle rpm regulation and volumetric rpm regulation, respectively. We put forth control alternatives to developing relevant control systems, and a way to test and verify the control performance. Practical use has proved good results of the electric-controlled proportional hydraulic fan when used in the loader.
