摘  要:研究适用于无辅助泵、风扇泵的旋挖钻机液压系统,提出在主泵和阀之间加装多余流量控制阀的液压系统解决方案,通过合理控制各液压系统参数,使两个主泵都工作在正确的工作状态,以保证整个液压系统的合理匹配。试验结果表明:该方案对泵的流量分配合理,保证了主阀、辅阀、风扇马达的正常工作,能够满足无辅助泵、风扇泵旋挖钻机液压系统的匹配需求。In a study on suitable hydraulic system for the rotary pile drill without auxiliary pumps and fan pumps we put forth solution alternatives for a hydraulic system where there would be a control valve fixed between the master pump and the valve to deal with surplus flow there. We found that through logic control over hydraulic systems' data to have kept the two master pumps under their respective normal working conditions we can ensure a logic match and adaptability for the hydraulic system as a whole. Test results show that this alternative has made logic distribution of the pump's flow rating to ensure normal operation of the master valve, aux valve, the fan and motor, thus satisfying match-up requirements of the hydraulic system without auxiliary pump and fan pump.
