摘  要:在装配挖掘机斗杆与斗杆液压缸过程中,出现液压缸的有杆腔端偏离动臂中心线的现象,导致液压缸与斗杆连接端发生干涉而无法装配,可能是动臂上的斗杆液压缸固定座孔的加工存在问题,也可能是斗杆液压缸本身存在问题。针对具体现象,采用不同的方法进行判断分析,找出故障根源,然后实施相应的解决方案。从解决方案可见,为了保证动臂的加工精度(包括各组孔及端面的尺寸、形位公差等),在实际制作过程中所选用的定位加工基准及所采用的加工工艺是至关重要的。There may be a drift of the cylinder's minor-chamber end off the boom center-line when assembling the excavator's bucket-link with the cylinder, which could lead to interference of the hydraulic cylinder with the link's connecting end and would further lead to failing the assembly. The question lies with quick diagnosis to see whether it is the case of machining the base fixing hole for the link cylinder or the case of the link cylinder itself. At this point, we used different ways to judge and analyze to detect the original case before realizing an alternative solution. It can be seen in the solution that critical importance lies with allocating and processing benchmark during the process and machining operation, so as to ensure machining precision for the boom (including dimensions, form and position tolerance, etc).
