贵州省丹寨县小学生蛲虫感染及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解丹寨县小学生蛲虫感染情况及其相关因素,为蛲虫感染的防治提供依据。方法:采用圆底试管透明胶纸肛拭法连续3天对抽查的小学生进行采样,同时对其卫生习惯,家庭基本情况,身体情况等方面进行问卷调查。结果:在抽检的606名小学生中,蛲虫感染率为14.36%,其中女孩(18.12%)高于男孩(11.21%)(P<0.05),5个抽查的乡镇小学中,杨武小学和南皋小学的蛲虫感染率高于其它三个乡镇小学(P<0.05)。蛲虫感染与感染者饭前、厕后不洗手,喜咬手指、铅笔的个人卫生习惯无明显相关,与其父母文化及职业的关联也不大,此外,没有发现夜间磨牙、夜惊、遗尿、搔抓肛门是蛲虫感染后的突出表现。结论:丹寨县部分片区小学生蛲虫感染情况较重,有必要在开展相关的健康教育的同时进行区域性群体驱虫治疗,由于此次调查还没有明确蛲虫感染与个人不良卫生习惯及家长文化程度、职业的关系,也没有提示出夜间磨牙、夜惊、遗尿、搔抓肛门与蛲虫感染症状的相关性,故需要在加大样本量的基础上,对这些相关因素做进一步的分析。Objective： To know the Enterobius vermicularis infection among pupils and its related factors in Danzhai county, so as to find a effective way to control the infection of Enterobius vermicularis. Methods： Random inspection the pupils three times in the same time every morning, using the tube of round bottom and cellophane tape method, and questionnaire survey on various factors which include the health habits of pupils, the parental education level, occupation and the clinical symptom of the pupils. Results： 606. pupils accept the survey, and the rate of infection was 14.36%. Female＇s （18.12%） is higher than Male＇s （11.21%）（P〈0.05）. The rates of infection in the Yangwu and Nangao primary schools are higher than the other three among the random inspection five tozunship primary schools of Danzhai （P 〈 0.05 ）. It seems have no obvious relation between the infection of Enterobius vermieularis and the health habits of pupils such as： no washing hands before meals or after toilet, like putting the fingers or pencils into the mouth. Also, with the parental education level and occupation is small. In addition, such as teeth at night, night terrors, enuresis and scratching the anus was not found relation with the infection of Enterobius vermicularis. Conclusions ： At＂ some area of Danzhai county, the infection of Enterobius vermicularis among pupils is heavy, it is necessary to carry out related health education and regional groups of anthelmintic treatment. In this investigation, not only the relation about the infection of Enterobius vermicularis to personal bad health habits and the parental education level or occupation is not clear, but also between such as teeth at night, night terrors, enuresis, scratching the anus and the infection symptoms correlation. So it needs to increase sample amount, then to these factors do further analysis.
