摘　　要：以丁腈橡胶为基础研究了高发泡硬质耐油橡胶制品的配方和制备工艺，通过调整发泡剂H、促进剂TT、硫黄、增强改性剂酚醒树脂和软化剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯（DOP）的用量以及采用二段硫化工艺，获得了密度为0．719·cm－3，邵氏硬度为95，体积为80cm3（4．0×2．5×8），耐油性优良。The formulation and preparation technology of high forthing hard rubber article were studied based on NBR. The article was achieved by varying the proportions of frothing agent H, accelerant TT, sulfur, improved modifier phenolic resin and soften DOP and using post - cure technolopy. The article had good oil resistance, its surface was smooth and clear and its density was 0. 17g/cm3, hardness Shore A was 95, volume was 80cm3(4 .0 ×2. 5 × 8).
