摘 要:目的:探讨通脉平胶囊中挥发油的提取工艺及β-CD包合工艺。方法:以采用单因素试验,用正交试验法对挥发油的提取工艺进行优选,以挥发油体积为指标,以浸泡时间(A)、提取时间(B)、加水量(C)为因素进行正交试验。采用正交试验法,以包合物得率和包合率为评价指标进行包合工艺的研究。采用研磨法制备肉桂挥发油的β-环糊精(β-CD)包合物,为寻求最佳的包合工艺,选择挥发油与β-CD的投料比、搅拌时间、包合温度3个因素,采用正交试验方法进行试验。结果:挥发油的最佳提取工艺是将药材加8倍量水浸泡1h,水蒸气蒸馏6h。最佳包合工艺为挥发油与β-CD投料比1:8,搅拌时间1个小时,包合温度为60℃。并采用紫外分析法对包合物进行验证。结论:挥发油提取工艺及其β-CD包合工艺合理可行。Objective: To study the extraction of volatile oil in Capsule Tong mai ping and for the preparation of β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound. Methods: This study was carried out with single factor and orthogonal design.The colume of volatile oil was used to evaluate the extraction process. With the orthogonal of the volatile oil extraction process Optimization, as an index to the volume of volatile oil, to soak time (A), extraction time (B), add water (C) as orthogonal factors. The yield rate of inclusion compound and the oiling bearing from the inclusion were used to determine the inclusion process. The use of cinnamon essential oil prepared by grinding of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion complex, seeking the best of the inclusion process, select the volatile oil and -CD of the feed ratio, mixing time, temperature of the three factors of inclusion, orthogonal test method for testing. Results: The optimal preparation process for extraction was established as follows: assign 8 times water into mixture of crude drugs,extracting volatile oil time for 6h and soaking lh with water. The suitable inclusion condition was established as follows: the proportion of β-CD and volatile oil was 8:1(g:ml),the inclusion temperature was at 60℃ and mixing time was lh. Conclusion: This method established for the extraction of essential oil and β-cyclodextrin inclusion process was suitable.
