摘 要:基于光传输和光与Kerr介质相互作用理论,利用分割子层的方法和逆向递推的传输矩阵法计算和分析了康托分形Kerr非线性光子晶体的光传输特性.研究结果表明,这种结构的光子晶体的频谱具有自相似的特点,而且随着生成器G值减小或代数N值增大,其频谱会变得更稀疏,禁带宽度会变得更宽.当光强增强时,该结构的频谱会形成更多的窄带.The optical transmission properties of Cantor fractal Kerr nonlinear photonic crystal have been calculated and analyzed by using the sub-layer division method and the backward recursive transfer matrix algorithm, based on the optical transmission theory and the laser-matter interaction theory. It is found from the calculation results that the structure of photonic crystal spectrum exhibits self-similar characteristics. With the decreasing generator G value or increasing algebra N value, the spectrum becomes more sparse and the forbidden band width becomes wider. Further more, the frequency spectra of the Cantor fractal Kerr nonlinear photonic crystal show more narrow-bands under the condition of higher light intensity. Also the calculation results provide the references for the design of optical narrowband filter.
