摘  要:为优化超滤运行工况,降低膜污染和提高超滤产水率,对超滤的水力反洗方式及运行参数进行试验研究.结果表明:超滤以75L/(m2.h)恒流过滤45min后进行水力反洗,'正洗+反洗+正洗'为最佳水力反洗方式,第1次正洗4s,反洗8s和第2次正洗8s时,冲洗水中粒径2μm以上的颗粒数达到峰值.超滤运行适宜的正洗1、反洗和正洗2的时间分别为10,10和25s.水力反洗趋于稳定时,冲洗水中2μm以上的颗粒数为472mL-1,其中15μm以上的颗粒数仅为9mL-1.反洗流量和超滤过滤流量的比值k应在2.0~2.5之间,超滤过滤时间与反洗时间的比值r控制在67.5以内,超滤水力反洗后跨膜压差可有效恢复.In order to optimize the working condition of ultrafiltration membrane, alleviate the mem- brane fouling and improve the rate of water product, tests were carried out to study the hydraulic cleaning method and operation parameters on transmembrane pressure recovery. The results show that the membrane filtration is performed at a constant flux of 75 L/(m2· h), the membrane is back- washed after filtration 45 min. "Washing l q-bachwashingq-washing 2" is ensured for the optimum method of hydro-cleaning. Firstly washing 4 s, then backwashing 8 s, and lastly washing 8 s, particles with a diameter 〉2 /μm are the most in the washing water. The suitable washing time is 10 s washing, 10 s backwashing, and 25 s washing respectively. When the washing is end, particles with a diameter 〉2 /μm are 472 mL^(-1) and particles with a diameter 〉15 μm are only 9 mL^(-1). The trans- membrane pressure can recovery after hydraulic cleaning, by the ratio k of backwashing flow and membrane filtration flow between 2.0 to 2.5, and the ratio r of membrane filtration time and back- washing time controlled within the 67.5.
