摘　　要：通过对中部槽失效原因的分析表明,中部槽磨损失效的主要形式是磨料磨损和腐蚀磨损,重载时还有粘着磨损的产生。在此基础上，提出了能有效提高中部槽使用寿命的措施。This paper investigated the causes of the middle trough going into failure. The results shown that the main causes were of abrasive particle wear- out and corrosive wear-out, besides, adhesive wear-out occurred when heavy load existed. Based on the analysis, the measures to effectively improve the service life of the trough were put forward.
