摘　　要：目的 探讨非哺乳期乳腺炎声像图特点,评价超声诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析34例非哺乳期乳腺炎的超声特征,与病理结果对照,分析诊断准确率及误诊原因.结果 34例非哺乳期乳腺炎声像图表现复杂多样;结合临床、二维和彩色多普勒超声血流显像征象诊断准确率较高.结论 高频超声对非哺乳期乳腺炎有重要的诊断价值.Objective To discuss the sonographic features of nonpuerperal mastitis and evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound. Methods The sonograghie features of 34 cases with nqnpuerperal mastisis were retrospectively reviewed in comparison with the results of pathology. The accuracy rate of ultrasound and the causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed. Results The sonographic features of nonpuerperal mastisis were complicated. Combining clinical features with signs of two - dimensional and color doppler flow imaging mgiht lead to a better accuracy for nonpuerperal mastiffs. Conclusion The souographic findings of nonpuerperal mastisis are characteristic. High frequency ultrasound may play an important role in the diagnosis of nonpuerperal mastiffs.
