摘  要:研究15Wt%Cr白口铸铁在15μm振幅、20kHz超声设备条件下,50℃蒸馏水和0.02%及3%食盐水中气蚀情况,同时测定该材料在3%食盐溶液中腐蚀过程电化学性能。此外还研究经长期退火、激光表面熔化、激光表面淬火及铸铁等离子渗氮的影响。最后估算了在静态和气蚀情况下,腐蚀电流对冲蚀和总的气蚀影响。This paper studied the cavitation cormsion of 15wt%Cr whitecast iron under the condition of ultrasonic equipment with an amplitude of 15(mand 20 kHZ, distilled water and 0.02% and 3% at 500C while measuring the electrochemical behavior of the material in the corrosion of 3% salt solution. Additionally. it also studied the influencing factors of prolonged annealing, laser surface melting. surface hardening and plasma nitriding.Finally, it was estimated that the corrosive current has an effect on abrasion and total damage under the condition of static and cavitation.
