摘　　要：为了正确评估已建人防工程尤其是早期人防工程的现实状况，合理利用开发已建人防工程的资源，本文提出了人防工程分类鉴定的4个层次，确立了人防工程分类鉴定的程序。详细阐述了待鉴定人防工程的调查内容与检测项目；依据现行人防规范标准提出了检测项目具体要求。最后给出了人防工程分类鉴定的4个评定等级。In order to judge the true status of existing civil air defence works, especially, the early-built air defence works, and make use of existing civil air defence works, the four ordered groups of classified assessment have been suggested, and the process of classified assessment has been established. The inquiry contents and survey items are expounded for the civil air defence works to be assessed. The concrete criteria of survey items are suggested accord- ing to the current criteria of civil air defence works. Finally, four evaluation levels of classified assessment for exist- ing civil air defence works are summarized.
