摘　　要：风水沟煤矿因受小煤窑侵占，采场接续非常紧张，正常生产难以维持，为改变生产被动局面．该矿在确定延深方式时采用方案比较法进行了优化选择。施工后，实现了充分利用现有生产系统、工程量最小、花钱最省、投产最快的目的，确保矿井稳产、高产。The mine of Fengshuigou of Pingzhuang Mining Bureau invaded by little mines is diffical banksuceed and hard to carry out routine production. The mine used contract method of optimal selection when it was determined to extend to change the passive situation, and it came to make full use of the preseni system ofproduction and minimal engineering quantity, cost and production soon, ensuring steady production and highproduction.
