摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(RfAA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPAA)和甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯(DM)为单体,并以K2S2O8为引发剂进行乳液聚合,制得了一种稳定的阳离子氟代聚丙烯酸酯乳液。分析了单体配比、乳化剂、引发剂对乳液性能的影响,确定了表面施胶剂较佳的合成工艺条件。并通过红外光谱(IR)对共聚物结构进行了表征,并用透射电镜(TEM)对乳液的胶粒形态及粒径进行了测试。结果表明,该施胶剂不论是单独使用还是与氧化淀粉配合使用都有很好的表面施胶效果,纸张的拉毛速度均高于280 cm.s-1,平滑度可以达到40 s以上。Cationic acrylate copolymer emulsion was prepared by using monomer materials of dodecafluoro - heptyl methacrylate (RfAA) , butyl acrylate (BA) , 2 -Hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPAA) and dimethylaminoethyl methac- rylate(DM) as a free radical initiator K2S2O8. The main factors, such as monomer proportion,dosages of initiator and emulsifier, on the copolymer emulsion performance were analyzed. The optimum synthesis conditions were established. Chemical structure of the copolymer was characterized by infrared spectrum (IR) and the particles and particle morphology of polymer emulsion were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed that the use of the surface sizing agent only or combined with oxidized starch, the picking speed and the smoothness of the resulted paper reached to more than 280cm · s^-1 and 40 seconds respectively.
