摘　　要：本文在对国外先进置换蒸煮工艺剖析的基础上,依据顺序控制设计法的思想,通过对一个完整单锅蒸煮过程工艺规程分析,提出了此过程中顺序控制的特点和设计方法。并用Siemens PCS7 V7.0系统的中SFC顺序功能图表进行顺序逻辑控制程序编写,通过S7-PLCSIM进行了离线仿真测试,验证了此顺序控制方案的可行性、先进性和稳定性,并能够完全满足其工艺规程。The abroad advanced pulping technology of displacement digester system is analysed. According to the design idea of sequence control, the cooking process technical schedule of single digester is also analyzed carefully, then the characteristics and design method of sequence control are proposed. The sequence logical control program is compiled by the Sequential Function Chart （SFC） of Siemens PCS7 V7.0 system. At last, the off-line simulation testing has been finished through S7 - PLCSIM. The results show that sequence control method is feasible, advanced and stable, which can satisfy the technical schedule completely.
