摘　　要：目的:建立过岗龙药材中落新妇苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇和0.1%的磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:290 nm。结果:进样量在0.24～2.10μg(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.13%,RSD=1.53%。结论:该方法简便、重复性好,可为过岗龙药材质量控制提供参考。Objective： To develop an HPLC method for the determination of astilbin in Entada Phaseoloides. Method ： The analy- sis was performed on a Kromasil C18 （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column with the mobile phase of methanol-0.1% phosphatic acid with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min - 1, and the detection wavelength was 290 nm. Result： The linear range of astilbin was within the range of 0.24-2.10 μg, （r = 0.999 9）. The average recovery was 100.13% and RSD was 1.53%. Conclusion： The established method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Entada Phaseoloides.
