摘 要:目的:制备阿魏酸钠双层片并考察其体外释放特性。方法:采用粉末直接压片法,以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为骨架材料制备阿魏酸钠双层片,通过紫外分光光度法,按照《中国药典》的转篮法测定体外释放度,并对体外药物释放的影响因素进行考察。结果:HPMC的规格和用量是影响药物释放的主要因素,填充剂不同对药物的释放也产生一定影响。结论:以HPMC K15M为骨架材料,微晶纤维素为填充剂制备的阿魏酸钠双层片具有良好的缓释和速释特性。Objective: To prepare sodium ferulate double-layer tablets and study the drug release in vitro. Method: Sodium feru- late double-layer tablets were prepared using HPMC as the matrix by direct powder compression. UV- spectrophotometry and rotating basket method described in the Chinese Pharmacopeia (2010 edition) were used to determine the in vitro dissolution of sodium ferulate double-layer tablets and study the various influence factors. Result: The specification and amount of HPMC were the main impact fac- tors. The diluents showed effects on the drug release of the tablets as well. Conclusion: Sodium ferulate double-layer tablets based on HPMC K15M and microcrystalline cellulose have promising sustained and quick release properties.
