西芹鲜根及根际区物浸提液对黄瓜枯萎病菌化感作用机理的研究——浸提液处理后黄瓜叶片内防御酶活性的变化

摘　　要：为探讨西芹鲜根及根际区物浸提液对黄瓜枯萎病菌的化感作用机理,在黄瓜幼苗长至第一片真叶横宽5cm时,分别用西芹鲜根及根际区物的蒸馏水、乙醇、丙酮各浸提液对黄瓜植株进行两次灌根处理后,测定其叶片内POD、PPO、PAL三种防御酶活性的变化。结果表明,西芹根物质各浸提液处理后黄瓜叶片内POD、PPO、PAL三种酶活性均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,且各处理均高于对照;从浸提剂种类看,各浸提液处理后黄瓜叶片内三种酶活性变化幅度为:丙酮处理大于乙醇处理,乙醇处理大于蒸馏水处理;从根浸提剂种类看,西芹鲜根及根际区物两种浸提物处理后其叶片内三种酶活性变化幅度为:根际区物处理大于鲜根处理。In order to the Mechanism of Allelopathy of Extracts of the Root and the Rhizosphere of Parsley on Fusarium oxysporiumf.sp.cucumerinum,Cucumber seedlings wered irrigated twice by three kinds of extracts（aqueous,ethanol,and acetone） of the root and the rhizosphere of parsley,at the stage of first euphylla（the wide of leaf reached 5cm）,then the changes of three kinds defensive enzymes that included peroxidase（POD）,polyphenol oxidase（PPO）and PAL phenylalanine aminolyase（PAL） activities in leaf of cucumber were measured.The resultes showed that the activities of POD,PPO and PAL after which were treated with the extracts of the parsley root and rhizosphere presented the trend of first increased and then drop,and were higher than that of the control obviously;from the three kinds of extracts to see,the variation of acetone extracts treatment was the greater than ethanol extracts,ethanol extracts treatment than distilled aqueous extracts;from the two kinds of root extracts to see,the variation of rhizosphere extracts treatment was the greater than root extracts.
