摘 要:论文采用模糊综合评判法,利用2009年天津蓟运河的水质监测数据,建立蓟运河水质评价指标及各指标的权重,并计算各评价指标属于某种水质级别的隶属度,从而对蓟运河枯水期和丰水期的水环境质量进行了综合评价。评价结果表明蓟运河枯水期和丰水期的水质均为V级,已达到严重污染的程度。评价结果与实际情况相符,说明模糊综合评判法对蓟运河的水质评价具有科学性和合理性,有助于为蓟运河的水污染治理及控制提供科学的依据。The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was employed to assess the current status of water quality of dry season and wet season in the Jiyun River in Tianjin.Based on the monitoring water quality data in 2009,the evaluation factors and the weights of each factor were selected.Then the degree of membership that water quality attach to a sort of discharge level can be calculated.The results is V both in dry season and wet season which illustrated the water of the Jiyun River was seriously polluted.The results indicate that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be used to assess the status of water quality in the Jiyun River because it could represent the actual water quality situation of the Jiyun River.
