成品油计量工作中发货量与收货量问题辨析

摘　　要：鉴于对成品油计量工作中常用的发货量、收货量概念缺少明确规定的情况,经辨析得出结论,且据此对实际工作中存在的误区作了指正,同时对管道输送油品的发货量、收货量的计算方法进行了探讨。The concepts of delivery amount and receiving amount during oil products measurement were introduced,the wrong awareness existing in the practical working was corrected,and the calculation method for delivery amount and receiving amount during oil products transportation through pipeline was analyzed.
