深圳市学龄前儿童贫血状况和种类调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过系统分析体检血常规红细胞参数,了解深圳市儿童贫血类型及比例。方法回顾性分析2010年3月至10月深圳市属幼儿园3 106例3～6岁幼儿血常规红细胞系统七项参数,包括红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)。结果 3 106例儿童中有173人发生贫血,总贫血率为5.57%.其中,1 610例男性体检儿童贫血人数为95人,贫血率为5.90%,1 496例女性体检儿童贫血人数为78例,贫血率为5.21%。结论本市儿童的贫血发生率不高,但应依据血常规结果,对儿童红细胞参数异常结果及时正确的分析处理,以减少各类贫血对幼儿成长的危害。Objective To survey the prevalence of anemia in preshool children Shenzhen.Methods The seven parameters,including RBC,Hb,HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC and RDW in 3 106 preschool children inclduing 1 610 males and 1 496 females in the age group of 3-6 years old in Shenzhen City were measures in 2010.Results Anemia was occurred to 173 out of 3 106 preschool chilfren determined with an incidence of 5.57%.The incidence of anemia in the males and females were 5.90%（95/1610）and 5.21%（78/1496）.Conclusion The prevalence of anemia in preschool children was low in this city.However,effective preventive and control measures be taken to protect the health the chidlren in this city.
