摘　　要：从地形条件、地质构造与滑体结构、降雨和水文地质特征、人类工程活动和地震作用五个方面分析了王子树乡政府驻地滑坡的成因,同时总结出滑坡形成的内在因素和主要诱导因素。运用剩余下滑力法对滑坡进行了稳定性评价,在强降雨和地震同时作用下,滑坡的稳定性极差,因此提出了相应的防治措施。From the five aspects that are the terrain conditions, geological structure and slippery body structure, rainfall and hydrological geology characteristics, human engineering activities and earthquakes, the causes of the township government headquarters of Wangzishu landslide are analyzed, and the internal factors of formation landslide and main inducing factors are sumed up. Using the surplus decline force method a stability evaluation of the landslide is conducted, under the effect of heavy rains and earthquakes in the same time, the stability of the landslide is poor, so it makes a corresponding control measures.
