摘　　要：根据国务院下发的《分类推进事业单位改革实施指导意见》、国家质量监督检验检疫总局印发的《检验检疫实验室管理办法》以及检验检疫检测机构发展需求分析,探讨出入境检验检疫技术机构改革方案。详述三种出入境检验检疫技术机构改革方案的可行性和具体措施。According to the classification and push forward the reform of institutions implending the directive opinion issued by the state council and the Measures for the administration of inspection and quarantine laboratory issued by general administration of quality supervision,inspection and quarantine of the people＇s republic of China,the author discussed the reform program of the technical institutions for the inspection and quarantine bureau.The feasibility and measures of 3 kinds of reform programs were illustrated.
