大中城市电子政务内网发展方式探

摘　　要：国家电子政务内网建设是国家信息化的重要组成部分，是国家机关信息化的主要内容，因此得到党中央国务院的高度重视。本文分析了在国家电子政务内网发展规划颁布后当前各级国家电子政务内网基本情况和国家规划的要求。对一个大中城市的电子政务内网选择怎样的发展方式，才能实现节约、高效、共享、可持续发展的问题进行探讨分析，提出了建设发展指导思想、基本原则和具体方法。The construction of the national e-government network is an important component of the national information technology and the main content of the government informatization, therefore it receives attention from the Party Central Committee and the State Council. The article analyzes the current basic situation and national planning requirements of national e-government network. It discusses how to choose the development mode of E-government network for the large and medium-sized city in order to realize the saving, sustainable development, and basic principles and specific network.
