摘　　要：本文对采用综合控制技术降低建筑运行能耗做了较深入的分析叙述，着重介绍了中央空调系统冷水机组的优化群控节能、部分子系统的综合节能技术、能量计量和优化的节能策略节能以及其他的一些节能措施，通过综合控制技术，实现降低建筑运行电耗的目的。In this paper, the integrated control technology to reduce building energy-consumption are analyzed. It illustrates the optimal control energy-saving of the central air-conditioning chiller, energysaving technologies of part of the subsystems, energy measurement and optimization and so on.
