摘　　要：围绕十五大报告中提出的21世纪前期我国经济发展战略目标,拟出了一个相应的能源发展构想,并对与之有关的7个方面的问题进行了探讨。按照这一构想,2050年的同比国内生产总值将为1980年的96倍,但同期能源消费的增长却仅是9.6倍;同时,主要能源经济指标将在发展中国家范围内处于较高水平。On the basis of policy of economic development in the early 21st century in China presented in the report of the 15th Congress of CPC,a relevent conception of the energy development has been worked out, and problems concerned in seven aspects with the conception have been discussed in detail. According to the conception,the similitude GDP in 2050 will be 96 times as high as 1980's,while the increase of energy consumption will be 9. 6 times as that of the same period. Meanwhile,the main economic indicators of energy will be at higher level compared in the developing countries of the world.
