FESS术后应用纳吸绵与膨胀海绵鼻腔填塞疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察纳吸绵（NasoPore）和膨胀海绵（Merocel）在功能性鼻内窥镜（FESS）术后填塞的疗效对比。方法将92例功能性鼻窦内窥镜术后患者分为NasoPore组和Merocel组。术后分别置入鼻腔纳吸绵和膨胀海绵行填塞止血，观察2组患者术后疼痛率、出血率以及术腔恢复情况比较。结果@NasoPore组疼痛率和出血率分别为80．43％和26．09％；Merocel组则为95．65％和66．30％；②在中鼻通粘连与筛窦内囊泡的方面，NasoPore组（23．91％）低于Merocel组（48．91％）。结论在FESS术中应用纳吸绵填塞能更有效的缓解患者术后疼痛、减少术区出血，因其可降解、无需抽取、减轻病人痛苦及减轻术区黏膜水肿，值得临床推广。Objective To observe the Naxi cotton （NasoPore） and expansive sponge （Merocel） in functional endoscopic sinus （FESS） postoperative tamponade effect contrast. Methods 92 cases of functional endoscopic sinus surgery were divided into NasoPore group and Merocel group. The postoperative nasal cavity, are respectively arranged suction cotton and expansive sponge line packing hemostasis, observe two groups of patients with postoperative pain, bleeding rate and rate of recovery in comparison of nasal cavity. Results Group NasoPore rate pain and bleeding rates were 80.43% and26.09%; Merocel groups are 95.65% and 66.30%; the middle nasal through adhesion and ethmoid vesicle aspects, group NasoPore （23.91%） lower than that of group Merocel （48.91%）. Conclusion The FESS intraoperative application of Naxi cotton packing can effectively relieve patients with postoperative pain, reduce postoperative bleeding, due to its degradation, .without extraction, relieve the pain of patients and reduce the operation area of mucosal edema, worthy of clinical application.
