摘 要:直推法压井技术是气井钻井液喷空后在井口装置可以关井、井内无钻具不能进行循环压井的情况下 ,综合考虑井口、井下条件、地层压力恢复特性和压井过程中的动态压力控制等因素的一种空井压井方法。该方法的关键是要掌握井内压井液液柱压力建立速度与关井后地层压力恢复速度之间的关系 ,确定出套压变化的转折点 ,即压井中的最大套压值 ,以此作为压井的边界条件 ,设计合理的压井程序。经三口井的现场压井资料验证 ,理论计算结果与实际压井数据基本吻合 。The well killing technique by direct pumping in method is an empty well control method,which is suited to the condition that when the drilling fluid in gas well is blown off,the well can be shut in by wellhead assembly,but the well can not be killed by circulation because there is no drill string in the borehole,and for which,such factors as the wellhead assembly,downhole conditions,formation pressure build up characteristics and dynamic pressure control in the process of killing well,etc.,are comprehensively considered.The key of the method is to understand the relation between the build up rate of the liquid column pressure of the well killing fluid in borehole and that of formation pressure after well is shut in and to determine the turning point of casing pressure change,i.e.maximum casing pressure in well killing operation,and then,taking this as the well killing boundary condition,a rational well killing program can be designed.Through verifying the on site well killing data from three wells,the results of theoretical calculation are basically identical with the practical well killing data,having a good practicability.
