摘 要:目的:通过调查和测量北京市母婴同室病房的护理工作内容及护理工时,了解母婴同室病房的护理工作现状,并对母婴同室病房人力资源配置的合理数值进行预测。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,选取北京地区3家医院的9个母婴同室病房,对各项护理操作的工时进行准确测定。结果:母婴同室病房实际护理人员数为(18±4)人,床护比为1∶(0.46±0.08);而母婴同室病房所需护理人员数为(58±18)人,理论床护比为1∶(1.50±0.56)。结论:根据实际测得的护理工时数据表明,现母婴同室病房的护理人力配置远不能满足实际工作需求。Objectives: To calculate and measure nursing working content and working hours in maternal-neonatal wards in Beijing, to understand their current working status and to predict reasonable nursing manpower allocation in maternal-neonatal wards. Methods: The nursing working hours were measured among 9 maternal-infant wards in 3 hospitals in Beijing by convenient sampling method. Results: In maternal-neonatal wards, the average number of nurses was (184-4).The average bed-nurse ratio was 1:(0.464-0.08). However, by calculation, there are (584-18) nurses demanded averagely and the reasonable bed-nurse ratio should be 1:(1.504-0.56) in maternal-neonatal wards. Conclusion: According to the calculation results of actual nursing working hours, the present nursing manpower allocation is far from sufficient to meet the actual need of nursing work in maternal-neonatal wards.
