摘　　要：目的探讨足三里注射地塞米松和利多卡因治疗放化疗所致骨髓抑制的疗效。方法回顾性分析了2008～2011年因骨髓抑制而采用足三里注射地塞米松和利多卡因的妇科恶性肿瘤患者114例。结果骨髓Ⅱ度抑制的患者采用足三里注射地塞米松和利多卡因有效率为89.85%,骨髓Ⅲ度抑制的患者有效率为62.22%。结论足三里注射地塞米松和利多卡因对大部分放化疗所致的骨髓抑制有效,简单经济,有一定的实用价值。Objective Explore the treatment efficacy of injection dexamethasonum and lidocaine at zusanli to bone marrow suppression causing by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods We retrospectively analysed 114 gynecological malignancies patients which had been injected dexamethasonum and lidocaine at zusanli to treat bone marrow suppression. Result Patients with bone marrow suppression （ Ⅱ degree） received 89.85% efficient after injection dexamethasonum and lidocaine at zusanli and patients with bone marrow degree （Ⅲ degree） received 62.22% efficient after the same treatment. Conclusion Injection dexamethasonum and lidocaine at zusanli is effective to therapy bone marrow suppression and which is simple and economy.
